Support engineer
Voor een bedrijf gelocaliseerd te Leuven starten we de zoektocht naar een support engineer.
Job inhoudelijk ja je eerste en tweedelijns problemen oplossen en support aanleveren.
In dit team zit ook een junior profiel die zekere begeleiding en ondersteuning kan gebruiken van een medior profiel als het uwe.
Het is ook een heel autonome positie zonder continue rapportering of begeleiding. We zoeken iemand dat hier matuur mee kan omgaan.
Technisch kom je in contact met zaken als:
-Windows server
-O365
-Cisco netwerken
-InTune
-Entra ID
-Hardware
Jouw profiel:
-Minimum 5 jaar aan de slag als support engineer
-ervaren in windows server, O365, netwerken, security, ...
-Klantgericht
-Autonoom kunnen werken
