  • Maintien en condition opérationnelles et l'évolution des infrastructures techniques (Serveurs, Réseaux, systèmes, BD, Téléphonie et sécurité)
  • Garantir la mise en œuvre, la gestion, la qualité et sécurité
  • Garantir la surveillance du réseau du système et la sécurité SI
  • Support N3 des incidents
  • Assurer l'optimisation réseau
