Transformation Manager
A client in the insurance sector in Brussels is looking for a Project Manager to join its dynamic team.
Your role :
- Develop and implement transformation strategies
- Maintain a good relationship with the stakeholders
- Be responsible for the transformation roadmap
- Manage the integration of new processes and technologies
- Manage the project portfolio and provide guidance about it
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile :
- Bachelor or equivalent experience in business administration
- Have more than 5 years' experience in Strategic transformation roles
- Have experience in portfolio, change and BPM management
- Be fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
